What Constitutes Abuse?
We take abuse reports seriously. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

Harmful Content: Content that promotes violence, hate speech, or illegal activities

Information to Include in Your Report
To help us investigate your report quickly and effectively, please include:
- Domain name(s) involved
- Description of the abuse or illegal activity
- Evidence (screenshots, URLs, logs, etc.)
- Date and time of the incident(s)
- Your contact information (for follow-up if needed)
- If law enforcement: badge number and agency
Our Response Process
Acknowledgment
We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 24 hours.
Investigation
We will investigate the reported abuse promptly and thoroughly.
Action
If abuse is confirmed, we will take appropriate action, which may include:
- Suspending or terminating the domain registration
- Removing malicious content
- Cooperating with law enforcement
- Taking other appropriate measures as required
Follow-up
We will provide updates on the status of the investigation when appropriate.
Note: We maintain records of all abuse reports and responses for up to two years, as required by Nominet. These records may be provided to Nominet upon reasonable notice.
