Net-3.co.uk Ltd provides IT support, hosting, domain management, and related services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.
User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of their account information
- All activities that occur under their account
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Payment Terms
Payment for services is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
Service Level Agreement
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our hosting services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Net-3.co.uk Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Intellectual Property
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Net-3.co.uk Ltd and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Domain Registration Terms
When you register a domain through Net-3.co.uk Ltd, the following additional terms apply:
Domain Registration
- Right to use domain for registration period
- You are responsible for ensuring no third-party rights infringement
- We act as registrar subject to registry policies
- Registration does not grant ownership
Domain Renewal
- Must be renewed before expiry
- Renewal fees due before expiry date
- You are responsible for timely renewal
- Failure to renew results in domain expiry

Domain Transfers
- Transfer to another registrar anytime (subject to restrictions)
- 60-day lock after registration/transfer
- Authorization code required (from your account)
- Transfer fees may apply (non-refundable once started)
Cancellation & Refunds
- Registration fees generally non-refundable
- 5-day refund window for certain TLDs (subject to registry policies)
- Cancel anytime (no refund for unused time)
- Cancelled domains expire at end of registration period
Registrar Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate registration information
- Process renewals, transfers, and updates per registry policies
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Provide customer support and handle complaints
Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Keep contact information up to date
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- No illegal, abusive, or fraudulent use
- Respond promptly to information requests
- Renew domain before expiry
.uk Domain Specific Terms
For .uk domains registered through Net-3.co.uk Ltd, the following additional terms apply:
- We are a Nominet-accredited registrar and comply with Nominet's policies and procedures
- .uk domains are subject to Nominet's Terms and Conditions of Domain Name Registration
- Disputes regarding .uk domains may be resolved through Nominet's Dispute Resolution Service
- For complaints about our services as a registrar, you may escalate to Nominet in accordance with our Complaints Procedure
Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Changes to domain-related terms will be communicated via email to registered domain holders.
